Company founder, Dave Field, started out with a handful of FAS Football Tables imported from Italy for a newly evolving rental market and soon filled his entire garage with stock. The demand quickly grew and after a bit of convincing over 100 additional Football Tables were stored in his neighbours’ garages too.
These tables were a huge success. However, the real eureka moment was when he delivered the UK’s first ever Alpine Racer ski simulator to an event at London’s Roof Gardens. Watching the excitement and reactions of guests, combined with queues wanting to have a go was the start of the company as it is today.
Since then, Corporate Amusement Services has been solely specialising in the hiring of authentic arcade games for corporate and private events, focussing on the priority of providing unrivalled fun and entertainment. The business now operates from 11,000sq ft of warehouse space (we ran out of neighbours and garages!) with over 400 original, bona fide arcade game titles in stock, we are proud to be Europe’s largest supplier. Despite the growth of the company, its core values remain the same: safety, quality, service and fun. Over the years we have built a team of industry experts, who all share the passion about the games and service we deliver. We genuinely love what we do - who wouldn't? The engine behind the business, he keeps operations running smoothly while guiding the team in the right direction in order to help growth. With a background in theatre before moving into the events world, he brings creativity and organisation to everything he does.
Outside work, he enjoys golf, fly fishing with friends, and most importantly time with his children and grandchildren.
After leaving SEGA Amusements, he’s been a driving force behind pushing CAS onwards and upwards, bringing new energy and focus to the company. A dynamic salesperson and entrepreneur, he operates with boundless energy and always chasing the next opportunity. When he’s not closing sales and driving growth, he’s training in Muay Thai and always eyeing up his next competition.
Our Sales Manager is highly knowledgeable and approachable, bringing a friendly approach to every interaction. Ask a question about a game and the answer is always at hand, with everything explained clearly and full details available. Focused on helping clients find the best options. There’s also a strong passion for football outside of work, both on and off the pitch.
As Office Manager, he ensures the team stays informed and supported, managing administrative tasks such as hotel bookings, arranging passes for jobs, and updating figures to keep operations running smoothly.
Outside of work, he has over 30 years of martial arts training and enjoys running and countryside walks.
The mum of the office — constantly crunching numbers, decoding sales stats, and keeping the boys firmly in check when spending starts to wander. When she’s not buried in spreadsheets, you’ll likely find her in the pub enjoying a nice drink, possibly on the dance floor or belting out a bit of karaoke. If not, she’ll be at home in the kitchen baking up some amazing treats. Always looking to put a smile on people’s faces.
As the newest addition to the team, she’s our social media guru, bringing fresh ideas, creativity, and a strong eye for engaging content. She also brings her creativity beyond socials by designing artwork for games and in our arcades. In her spare time, she is a beginner figure skater, focused on improving her skills and competing more regularly. With a bubbly and friendly personality, she has a natural ability to put a smile on people’s faces.
Our creative force behind our games, bringing them to life through bold artwork. From wrapping games to liaising with clients, he’s hands-on and always in the thick of it. You’ll often find him in the warehouse, wrapping or perfecting the details. Outside the studio, he channels that same drive into jiu-jitsu, constantly training and progressing through the belts.
He drives warehouse operations and logistics, coordinating teams, vans, and schedules to ensure every game goes out on time. With the company since nearly the beginning, his dedication and experience keep everything running smoothly. He’s also hands-on with repairs and troubleshooting. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Up at the crack of dawn, Kiwi keeps the warehouse running like clockwork — making sure every van is loaded, games are cleaned, strapped in, and ready for their next adventure. Dedicated and dependable, he treats work like a second home. Outside the warehouse, he swaps forklifts for family time — spending time with his son while also getting stuck into the garden, always looking for new vegetables to grow.
He’s a hands-on problem solver with a passion for bringing arcade games back to life. While his main focus is restoring and perfecting the cabinets — ensuring they look and feel authentic — he’s never afraid to dive into the technical side when needed. Outside the workshop, he swaps tools for tickets, spending his spare time immersed in the energy and atmosphere of rock concerts.
Our in-house technician keeps the games alive — diagnosing faults, repairing machines, fine-tuning software, and making sure everything runs flawlessly. When he’s not solving problems behind a screen, he’s out on the football pitch, bringing the same passion and precision to the game.
Supporting warehouse operations and creating engaging social media content, he is always ready to jump in and get things done. Friendly, ambitious, and driven, he brings a positive attitude and hands-on mindset to everything he takes on. Outside of work, he loves to travel and is always looking to book his next adventure. He enjoys playing football and spending quality time with family and friends.
